Discipleship is simply about learning to live the way of Jesus. It doesn’t mean we have everything figured out, or that we never doubt or struggle. In fact, the word “disciple” means learner—and discipleship is about committing to that lifelong journey of learning, growing, and being shaped by God’s love.

For each of us, this commitment will look a little different. Discipleship might mean using your gifts to serve others, offering time and energy in ministry or mission, or supporting the life of the church through giving and stewardship. It might look like asking hard questions about faith, carving out time to pray, reading scripture, or just trying to live more compassionately day by day.

It’s about being open to transformation—not once, but again and again.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore faith or have followed Jesus for many years, discipleship is never static. It’s an invitation to keep going deeper: to love more fully, live more generously, and trust more deeply in God’s grace.
