As the time of your wedding approaches it will be important that the finer details are put in place – hymns, flowers, bells, choir etc.   This information is usually gathered on subsequent visits to the  Parish Surgery, and you will be given guidance on what we need to know and when.

The clergy will also explain to you about the reading of banns (when appropriate) and, nearer the time, arrange a convenient date for the wedding rehearsal (usually held within the week preceding the wedding).
