| The churchyard contains a late medieval cross base (possibly from Bordesley Abbey) and the tombstone of P.C. James Davies, the only Worcestershire policeman to have been murdered on duty. The church contains the spectacular Renaissance tombs of the Sheldon family in their chapel built originally for Roman Catholic worship, and the only post-Reformation altar in an Anglican church which was consecrated by a pope. |
