Sunday 9 January: Julie Humphries officiates at our 8.00 a.m. Communion, then takes the 10.30 a.m. service at St. Stephen’s. David Rogers presides at the 9.30 a.m. Informal Eucharist, having been to St. Stephen’s for their 8.00 a.m. Communion. Readers Paul Yates and Enid Mullis lead Morning and Evening Prayer respectively.

KNOW ANYONE WHO HAS LOST THEIR JOB? Faith at Work in Worcestershire has published a leaflet offering practical advice and support for anyone facing redundancy. Please take a copy from the literature table if you know anyone who might find it helpful.
LIVING FAITH St. John's Church, Greenlands, is offering a series of monthly Bible Study sessions every second Thursday at 7.30 p.m. Information is available about the topics on a porch notice, and cards on the literature table.
PEW CUSHIONS The first new pew cushions have arrived and been placed towards the front of the Nave. To get some more we have to buy them at £35 per seat – donations to the Church Wardens please.

THE BIG TRAINING EVENT. The Bridge at Headless Cross in conjunction with the Church of England and the Methodist churches in Bromsgrove and Redditch invite anyone interested in working with children to a BIG training session. The training is open to teachers, children’s leaders, ministers, worship leaders and young leaders. It takes place on Saturday 29th January at Walkwood Church of England Middle School between 10.00a.m. and 12.30 p.m. for the very reasonable cost of £3.00 per person.
